ReplyDeleteI joined WW in 1999 and lost 35 pounds and have managed to stay within 5 pounds of my weight since. Congrats on your journey. My leader once said "the feeling of thin, is much better than any food can ever taste" words to live by!!
CONGRATS!!! On your first video (wooo hooo) and on your weight loss and for getting back on track. I will be joining you real soon. I will be working on my scrap room at the end of Oct and free up the space in my bedroom for my treadmill. I have told myself that I cannot craft every day until I get on that treadmill for at least 45 minutes soooooo, if I want to craft, I HAVE to walk.
